Insurance and Programs

We provide many payment options for your convenience. If you are insured, please bring your insurance cards with you to every appointment. All co-pays are due at the time of service. In the event that you are not able to pay your co-pay at the time of the visit, we will bill you for your co-pay plus an additional $10.00 processing fee.

There are many programs which may provide financial assistance, depending on your needs and eligibility. If you do not qualify for one of these programs, you may qualify for a discount under our Sliding Fee Scale program.

If you are uninsured, there are many programs available which might help you.
